RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE

Although we hope you love all your items from Your Island Supply, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 

Your Island Supply will provide a full refund or credit note for all 'full' price items that adhere to the below conditions. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  1. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition

Items purchased with a discount due to a sale or special offer, are final and cannot be returned for a refund, other than in the event of them being faulty. We will exchange for another size, or item of the same value of purchase, a credit or refund will not be given for an exchanged item lower than the purchase price.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at service@yourislandsupply.com.au if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Your Island Supply reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender. 

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE ITEMS

  1. Contact service@yourislandsupply.com.au and give the reason for your return or exchange. If your item is faulty in anyway, please include photos of the fault
  2. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above
  3. Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. Please ensure you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
  4. Post your purchased item to:

Once your package is received by Your Island Supply your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. If you want an exchange the postage back to you via registered post is FREE.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your items.

Refunds are given on garments only and exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.

Please note Your Island Supply cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep the tracking number safe!  

REFUNDS:

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Your Island Supply and you will be notified by email once completed. Please allow 5 business days from the day we have processed the refund for your account to be credited. 

Instructions for Faulty Goods Returns:

1. Contact us by email at service@yourislandsupply.com with an explanation and images of the issue
2. We will send you a pre-paid bag by express post to return the product in
3. Once you received the pre-paid bag, pack the product into the bag and post them at any post office/ or post box.  
4. Once received by Your Island Supply, we will notify you and inform you of when you will receive an exchange or refund. 

Important Points

  • Refunds are given on garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
  • Exchanges can only be made if the intended item is available.
  • Please note that we do not offer credits or refunds if you would like to change your product to another product of less value.
