RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE

We want our customers to love every purchase they make from Your Island Supply. If you are not 100% happy when you receive your order simply return it in the condition you receive it and we will offer you an exchange or refund no questions asked! See below for further details.

Follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth and happy transaction follows:

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic and international orders Original tags must remain attached.
  2. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging with tag attached

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  1. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above
  2. Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. Please ensure you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
  3. Included the following items in your satchel:
            ·         The items you wish to return/exchange
            ·         Your Island Supply invoice

Please let us know the reason for your return by email to service@yourislandsupply.com This will not affect the refund or return in anyway, your feedback simply helps us make a better product. 

Once your package is received by Your Island Supply your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. If you want an exchange the postage back to you via registered post is FREE.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your items.

Refunds are given on garments only and exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.

Please note Your Island Supply cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep the tracking number safe!  

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note Your Island Supply does not offer free International returns or exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a refund, the shipping cost shall be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, the shipping costs are not covered by Your Island Supply.  Any packages sent must have a valid international tracking number. 

Your Island Supply cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Please remember to indicate on the package that the items are intended “for exchange”. Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.

Please note - if you wish to make an exchange we are happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.

REFUNDS:

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Your Island Supply and you will be notified by email once completed. Please allow 5 business days from the day we have processed the refund for your account to be credited. 

Instructions for Faulty Goods Returns:

1. Contact us by email at service@yourislandsupply.com with an explanation and images of the issue
2. We will send you a pre-paid bag by express post to return the product in
3. Once you received the pre-paid bag, pack the product into the bag and post them at any post office/ or post box.  
4. Once received by Your Island Supply, we will notify you and inform you of when you will receive an exchange or refund. 

Important Points

  • Refunds are given on garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
  • Exchanges can only be made if the intended item is available.
  • Please note that we do not offer credits or refunds if you would like to change your product to another product of less value.
