How can I ensure I order the right size?
On each product page is a size dropdown selector and above that a size pop up to guide you. Our sizing is true to Australian Standard sizing, however, remember that these are performance tights and are made to stretch, therefore to ensure the correct fit, it is important that the waistband is snug around your waist, the rest will shape to your body. So, if in doubt, please size down!
If you are an international buyer, or are used to purchasing in international sizing, there is a conversion chart below for the rest of world sizes. For example, if you are usually a Size 4 in Lululemon Tights, that's a US size 4, and therefor is an Australian Size 8, so you would choose size 8 in our sizing.
To further assist you in making the right choice, within the description of the product, there is a guide to how the tights will feel on.
With Tops, you can see the above table that pop ups in the product page when you tap size guide. The sizes are Australian and in brackets UK & US. To decide what top size you are, simply use the chart above. If you are usually a 10C bra size then your are a size Small in our tops. If you are usually a size 12C then you are a Medium in our tops. Again, remember our sports bras and crop tops are designed to stretch, so if in doubt size down.

How and where are your products made?
All our products are custom designed by our Creative Director & Co-Founder, Duncan. Duncan completely designs each item from top to bottom. This includes fabric choice, stitching placement, compression qualities, pocket placement and creating the unique patterns from scratch. Our creations are then made by our supplier where a sample of each product is produced and tested prior to going to production.
Can I speak to someone about placing an order?

How will I know you have received my order?
Once you have placed your order through our website, you'll receive a confirmation email with receipt of your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been processed and is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number from us by email. We use Australia Post, so either click on the following link to Australia Post Tracking or simply google Australia Post Tracking.
Can I make changes to my order?
Due to the efficiency of our response to your order, it is unlikely we can change your order once confirmed. If you would like to change your order, please email us at: email@example.com

What's your returns policy?
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your product, and we are confident you will be, however, if you are not. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options. If your leggings have not been worn and are still in the bag with the tags still attached, we will exchange your leggings or give a refund. The number one rule is, to take care of your island supply and they will take care of you. To ensure longevity, the following 5 care instructions are important:
1. ALWAYS wash inside out
2. Cold wash only
3. DO NOT tumble dry
4. Hang dry inside out
5. Do not iron or bleach

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify hosts thousands of online stores worldwide.
Through our website you have the choice to make payment through shopify payments system or through PayPal.
Once you choose our direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
